We do try our best to accommodate all requests however if any unforeseen circumstances arise we may not be able to meet these requests.
During high season these requests may not be able to be met due to high demand also.
Please note, the resort does not have elevators to the apartments. There are only stairs to access the some of the higher and some of the lower levels.
